Terry serves as an ESAHEC Board Member At-Large and is Project Manager for Population Health at University of Maryland Shore Regional Health. He is especially passionate about introducing middle and high school students to healthcare careers and helping build the next generation of healthcare professionals.

🏈 Fun Fact: He's been a Baltimore Ravens season ticket holder since 1996, when the Ravens first came to Baltimore!

ESAHEC's inaugural week-long Exploring Careers in Health Occupations (ECHO) Summer Camp, held at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) in Princess Anne in August, was a huge success! 19 students from across six Eastern Shore Counties received 35 hours of experiential learning in various healthcare careers - and a visit from Delegate Sheree Sample-Hughes. Made possible with funding from the Maryland Rural Health Transformation Program.
