Lynn came to Tri Valley Rehabilitation after having surgery on her Glute Medius muscle. Her function was 34% prior to treatment and improved to 83% after completing her therapy program. She was able to return to helping out on the farm and keeping up with her grandkids. Thank you, Lynn, for choosing Tri Valley Rehabilitation.

🚨🚨NOTICE - We will have some large equipment in our parking lot on Tuesday morning until approximately noon that will eliminate the parking on the west side closest to the PT entrance. This entrance will also be closed during this timeframe. We have set up a couple more handicap accessible parking spots in the main parking lot and have asked our employees to not park in the row closest to the highway to allow for more patient parking. If you need assistance getting into the building during this time please call 308-697-3329 and we will be more than happy to come out and assist you. Thanks for your understanding as we continue to move forward with our pharmacy clean room project to be able to offer chemotherapy this Fall.

With our Medicine Creek Days 5K coming up, here are just a few stretches that can help you prepare for your run the day of the race. Or, to help warm up for your training runs. For long runs, like a 5K, it is best to do dynamic stretches where you actively move through a range of motion. Then after your run, as a cool down, static and prolonged stretches are best.

There is still time to sign-up to run in the 5K as well!! We look forward to seeing everyone on June 20th!

Jim came to physical & occupational therapy due to decreased strength and balance. James did amazing in therapy, participating in several challenging activities and worked hard during each and every visit, to prepare for a fishing trip at the end of his treatment. James was able to increase his strength and balance within just a few short months! He is now back to doing what he loves, fishing, with more confidence in his strength and balance. James, thank you for choosing Tri Valley Rehab!

Mike came to Tri Valley Rehabilitation with complaints of coughing after he ate. He shared he didn't know what to expect from swallow therapy. Mike collaborated with the speech therapist to come up with the best plan for him. He showed up every session ready to improve and learn. By the end of his treatment, Mike met all of his goals and reported that his pain and coughing had gone away! Thank you, Mike, for trusting TVHS Rehab for your speech therapy needs!

We are just under a month away from our Medicine Creek Days 5K!

For those who have not yet registered, and would like to purchase a shirt, you have roughly a week to do so. 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝘀𝘁 is the deadline.

Otherwise, if you would simply like to participate in the 5K, you can register up until the start of the race. We are planning on starting and ending the race at the Cambridge Community Building. Pictured below is the QR codes for registration and t-shirt purchase! Also pictured below is the race route!
