🌿Our team enjoyed another refreshing morning of Tai Chi! What a wonderful way to start the day.
We had the opportunity to learn and practice Tai Chi at the Eco-Discovery Center at Salt Fork State Park, led by our instructor-Caitlin Smith from the Ohio State University Extension Office. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and helping us focus on wellness, balance, and mindfulness in such a beautiful setting.
