Your Worldview Determines Your Reality

The world itself is neutral. Our perception creates meaning.

If your inner child believes the world is unsafe or people are untrustworthy so you must handle everything alone, you will only process the data that validates your belief system --> creating your reality. Beliefs are merely thoughts you have over and over again!

This is how you reshape your life:
Step 1: Understand your wounded child's worldview
Step 2: Reframe and reinforce the new world view
Step 3: Reparent the Littles to rewire your nervous system to tolerate your new world view, which will feel uncomfortable/dangerous at first.
