Mary and Kate come as a package deal. These two bring plenty of personality, teamwork, and hard work to The Schultz every day. They work behind the scenes to make sure our clients are fed, cared for, and have a little taste of home along the way.

While they occasionally have that special sister to sister communication that requires absolutely no words or explanation, there's no denying that they make one heck of a team. Their work may happen in the kitchen, but their impact reaches far beyond it. We are incredibly grateful for the time, energy, and heart they pour into our program.

What Is Detox?

Detox is often the first step toward recovery. At Cedar Ridge Behavioral Health Solutions, we provide 24-hour care in a safe, medically monitored environment to help individuals through withdrawal and prepare for the next step in treatment.

Detox typically lasts around 5–7 days, depending on the substance used, length and frequency of use, overall health, and other factors. Our team helps manage withdrawal symptoms with medical support and comfort medications.
