We are especially grateful for our incredible team of nurses, therapists, caregivers, and support staff who work tirelessly every day to bring compassionate care, healing, and comfort to our residents and families.

Meet Lexis Kea, Human Resources Director at The Springs of Camden!

Lexis is passionate about helping others, solving problems, and creating a positive work environment for our team. She enjoys being a listening ear and supporting both our employees and residents each day.

Outside of work, Lexis loves spending time with her husband, Clint, and their three children, Ava, Reed, and Riggs. Whether they’re traveling, making family memories, or enjoying a ride on their Harley, family is at the center of everything she does.
