Meet Leah Randi.

Sometimes recovery begins with someone who won't give up on you.

Leah brings years of experience working with individuals and families navigating addiction, mental health challenges and crisis. Her work has included supporting executives, high-profile individuals and others whose personal struggles can carry very public consequences.

But one of Leah's greatest strengths isn't simply what she knows.

It's her ability to stay engaged.

Recovery doesn't always begin with someone saying, “I'm ready.”

Sometimes it begins with resistance.
Sometimes with fear.
Sometimes with uncertainty about what comes next.
And sometimes with a woman who has spent years taking care of everyone else and isn't quite ready to take care of herself.

Leah understands that change is a process.

She meets people where they are, builds connection and trust, and keeps showing up—even when the path forward isn't obvious.

For women in particular, having another woman who can listen without judgment, understand the complexities of recovery and still gently challenge them can make a meaningful difference.

At Clere, we don't believe recovery is about forcing someone into a predetermined path.

It's about building enough trust, connection and support for the next step to become possible.

And sometimes, the most important thing someone can hear is:

“I'm still here. Let's keep going.” To learn more about Leah and Clere Journey, check out our e-magazine and website by clicking here: https://clereconsulting.com/resources/clere-e-magazine/

Meet Neely Carlton Lyons - Steady when everything feels uncertain.

Neely brings a 360° perspective on recovery matters

Professionally, her experience spans law, public policy, advocacy, and complex professional environments. She has worked alongside families, executives and professionals navigating addiction and mental health issues — and with individuals whose recovery intersects with professional licensure, regulatory concerns, legal systems, or the demands of living and working in a public-facing role.

Because recovery doesn't happen in isolation. It happens within families, careers, businesses, relationships and communities. And for a woman accustomed to being capable, responsible and relied upon, asking for help can feel particularly vulnerable.

Neely understands that. She has lived it, too.

Her role isn't to tell someone who she should be. It's to listen, bring perspective, create clarity when things feel complicated, and help someone move forward while preserving her dignity, autonomy and sense of self.

At Clere, we believe meaningful recovery support requires more than understanding addiction and mental health issues.

It requires understanding the person—and the life surrounding her.

Met "Jane". A typical Mom. Executive. A person who struggles with mental health and addiction. Jane represents a lot of women who want to know "How do I find joy again?"

Women often carry overlapping expectations—as caregivers, executives, and stabilizing forces within the family and/or business systems.

Clere Journey understands:

- The reluctance many women feel to step back, even temporarily
- The shame and secrecy that can delay appropriate support
- The ripple effects of untreated stress on children, employees, and partners

Women serve their families, businesses and communities. Treating women with substance-use disorders involves an understanding that women's roles can interfere with treatment engagement and regular attendance. Stigma is also an obstacle.

The issue isn't necessarily that women don't want help. It's that getting help can require them to temporarily stop doing all the things everyone depends on them to do. They often face more complicated decisions about how to get it.

A Clere Journey understands how to help women, their families, and/or business interest navigate the complexity of finding recovery.

"Every Journey is Unique - Supporting Women in Recovery" by Clere Consulting

When a woman is the one struggling, the story can be more complicated—and more hidden. She may be a mother, a spouse, a business owner, a senior executive, or the person everyone depends on.

She has spent years being stable, responsible, holding everything and everyone together. So when she begins to struggle, the internal narrative can become:

“I will disappoint others.”
"I will lose my career if anyone finds out."
“If I go to treatment, who is going to take care of everybody else?”

These are just a few of the reasons women may need recovery coaching from a woman.

A trusted female coach can provide a space where a woman can be honest about what is happening without having to manage the expectations attached to being the wife, mother, leader, or person who has always had it together.

The work is not about lowering expectations. It is about creating the conditions for "accountability without shame, support without control, and recovery without the pressure of perfection."

For families and those who care about her, that can mean:

• Letting go of image management
• Making room for truth
• Supporting growth without trying to control it
• Allowing her to take ownership of her recovery

When a woman feels both "held accountable and treated with dignity", something can shift. She becomes more able to engage honestly.

And real recovery begins with engagement. That's a Clere Journey.

Why does the Clere team work together?

Because complex families deserve more than one perspective.

Our team has worked across the recovery landscape—as owners and C-suite executives of residential treatment programs, therapists, drug and alcohol counselors, family consultants, recovery coaches, attorneys, public officials, and business leaders.

We have sat in board rooms, treatment centers, operating businesses, family meetings, legal and regulatory settings, and alongside family offices and wealth advisors.

We have worked with high-profile and public-facing individuals, family business executives, and families navigating significant and intergenerational wealth.

And we bring lived experience with recovery that informs how we listen, how we communicate, and how we understand the families we serve.

We work together because we like each other— and you can hear that mutual respect in this reel when Doug Lyons enthusiastically sharing about the Clere team. We also work together because we know that complicated situations benefit from people who see the terrain from different vantage points.

We challenge one another. We listen. We compare perspectives. We bring our individual strengths to the table.

The result is not simply more expertise. It is a more complete understanding of the family in front of us.

Because families navigating addiction and mental health don't need another person telling them what they should do.

They need someone who will listen carefully, understand the complexity, respect the people involved, and help them find their bearings.

That is Clere Journey.

Familiar with the terrain—professionally and personally.
