⛪ Calling All Local Churches ⛪
Ouachita Nursing & Rehab is looking for local churches to help us create a rotating weekly worship schedule for our residents.
We are not asking one church to commit to every week. Our hope is that several churches will each choose one Sunday, allowing our residents to hear from and worship with a different church throughout the month.
Whether your church can come once a month or occasionally when a date is available, your time would mean so much to our residents. Many of them are no longer able to attend their home churches, but they still deeply miss the fellowship, encouragement, and comfort of worship.
Please note that the time of worship can be totally left up to you! If afternoons are best then that’s great! We do have a piano if you would like to bring someone to play!
If your church, pastor, Sunday school class, or ministry group would be willing to claim a Sunday, please call Ouachita Nursing & Rehab and ask for Kristi at 870-836-4111.
We appreciate Dustin and his wife Jennifer from Hampton First Assembly of God for coming this Sunday to serve our amazing residents! They will be here at 1:00 pm if you would like to drop by and worship with the residents! I promise they would love to have you!
