Renee has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1998, a Reiki Master since 2008(practicing Reiki since 1999), and a certified sound healer. Keith is a certified CBD Advisor & certified sound bath practitioner.
Bring your favorite pillow, blanket, yoga mat, or whatever you may need to lay comfortably for approx. 1 hour. House yoga mats, thai mattresses, & zero gravity chairs will be available to borrow on a 1st come 1st serve basis.
Lavender eye pillows will be loaned if wanted. A crystal will be given to help set your intention.
Arrive 10-15min early to get situated.
We start with simple breathing techniques. Then move on to our cherished Sound Bath Instruments. The instruments used will be as follows.
- 2 sets of Tingsha Cymbals/Bells
- 3 sets (13 total) of 432hz tuned very special wind chimes
(Zaphir, Koshi, & Meinl sonic Energy)
- 2- 432hz tuned Hokema Sansula Kalimbas
- 7pc Chakra tuned 7 metal Full Moon Tibetan Singing Bowls
- Egyptian Sistrum
- 16" & 22" Remo Buffalo Drums
- 3- 432hz tuned High Spirits Native Style Flutes
- 2- 6" Remo Thunder Drums, Meinl Sonic Energy Monsoon Rain stick, & Meinl Sonic Natural Seed Shakers
- 20" Meinl Ocean/Wave Drum & 22" Remo Ocean/Wave Drum
- 24" Paiste Symphonic Gong & 18" Meinl Wind Gong
- 6" Heart Chakra tuned Quartz Crystal Singing Chalice
- 12" Quartz Crystal Singing Pyramid
- 7pc set of 432hz Chakra tuned Meinl Sonic Energy Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls (14"-8")
- Grandpa's Bells
We will finish with a small complimentary cup of Ora Ceremonial Grade Cacao made with hot water & local honey to help wake back up a little before driving home.
