So I'm having my heart checked. Yesterday was the stress test part. Dusty was with me thru that. She did amazing, perfect down stay. But I could tell it did stress her a little. So today's part i left her with Chris and lavonne in the van. Well she told Chris she had to potty. That girl did a little ti**le then followed my sent riight thru 2autodoors. And then started looking for me in the lobby. Chris got her. She knew she was suppose to be with me. She could tell i was having an issue. And she went to find me to alert. On the one hand I'm proud of her. But it was dangerous for her to do that. Looks like I'll need to train an alternative for her.

I have to brag on Dusty. We spend around 10 hrs in the ER with LaVonne today. She is OK, she some how has a UTI and her saliva glad had an infection. Anyway, all that time Dusty was in a Down stay. Unless she was alertingto my medical issue. She got up from her little mat once to strech her legs by walking around her mat and laid back down without having to be told to down stay. That's 10 hours of being on the job. I did take her potty and walk to the bathroom with me. Everyone complimented on her about how well trained she was. Our nurse was like omg I forgot she was even here. That's when Dusty got up to strech and then laid back down. She has come a long way in her training. And in the beginning I wondered if I picked the right dog. But days like today. When I need her the most. She shows up and proves that she loves her job and is great at it. Thank you to all the medical team at CMH EMERGENCY ROOM for taken great care of LaVonne. And for knowing how to behave around Dusty.

🤣 yeah my mother in law looked at me like i keeps a puppy, while I was brushing and putting dusty hair up. She wasn't happy that I grabbed her brush. I cleaned Dusty hair out of it lol

Eggs anyone? After weeks of my chickens stressing out over a predator. They have now started laying again. Eggs are a great source of protein but if you have EBV they can trigger a flare up. Now my chickens free-range on my 40 acres. They do get some chicken feed but not much. They also get scraps from my kitchen. But most the day they forage. So they are not like the store bought eggs. I find i can have my eggs in moderation. But if I eat restaurant or store bought eggs I'm sick shortly after. The doctor scream watch your diet yet the store have nothing but crap and chemicals in the food. How can we heal our bodies if the government let's the store poison us?

We had someone ask what CGM do I use. I use freestyle Libre 2 plus. For the most part I really don't have to many issue with it. And if there is an issue they replace my sincer.
Dusty does beat the since by 15 to 25 plus min.
I find that Libre 2 plus is a good deal more accurate then dexcom. But still it is just a tool that I use hand in hand with Dusty. Remember one doesn't replace the other. They work together. Libra helps keeps me from sticking my finger so many times during the day and helps take the load off of Dusty. Dusty give me an advantage of staying on top of my diabetes and other medical issue. With her I can live my life easier. I hope that answered your question. If you have any more please feel free to ask.

This is called, "Hey mom, you are ignoring me but you need insulin. " we just got home from a day In town. I'm just wanting to put my feet up. This is why i trained her to keep alerting till i do what needs to be done.
