🐐💙 We had some very special visitors at Cameron Nursing Center!

Local veterinarian Dr. Ashley Silvey brought in a few adorable goats for a fun-filled pet therapy visit. Our residents loved spending time with these sweet animals, sharing plenty of smiles, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

Pet therapy can encourage social interaction, reduce stress, and bring comfort and joy to seniors. Thank you, Dr. Silvey, for making our residents’ day so special!

🐠💙 A beautiful new addition to Cameron Nursing Center! 💙🐠

Thanks to the hard work and dedication of one of our residents—a true fish enthusiast—our aquarium is officially up and running! We recently welcomed seven new finned friends, and they have quickly become a favorite among our residents.

The aquarium provides a peaceful space to relax, unwind, enjoy conversation, and watch the fish swim by. A heartfelt thank-you to our resident for sharing their passion and helping create such a calming addition to our community!

We can’t wait to watch our underwater family grow! 🐟✨

🥤🍨 Root Beer Float Fun at Cameron Nursing Center! 🍨🥤

Our residents and staff celebrated National Root Beer Float Day with delicious, old-fashioned root beer floats and fun dice games! It was a wonderful day filled with sweet treats, friendly competition, laughter, and time spent together.

Our garden is thriving, and so are our residents’ smiles! From fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, hot peppers, cucumbers, and beautiful sunflowers, it’s exciting to watch all of our hard work grow.

It was all about fun, friendly competition, and great company as our residents celebrated Lucky 7’s Day! The day was filled with exciting poker games, horse races, and one-on-one card games with visitors, creating plenty of smiles and laughter along the way.

Activities like these encourage social connection, friendly competition, and meaningful moments that brighten everyone’s day.
