Dynamic hip strengthening =runner resilience 🔥

⭐️Star Balace is one of my favorite exercises to train the hip in every direction around the joint.

Why does this matter? Because life and running aren’t perfectly flat and predictable.

Stepping in a hole, off a curb, or onto a rock …
