Day 100: Come back home to yourself 🤍 Here are actionable ways to discover what you love about yourself:
List Your Strengths and Achievements: Set a timer for 10-15 minutes and list 101 things you love about yourself, ranging from small, mundane traits to significant accomplishments. Consider what makes you unique and what you do with skill.
Practice Daily Gratitude: Identify three things you are grateful for about your life or personality daily.
Mirror Work: Before leaving the bathroom or bedroom, look yourself in the eyes and acknowledge one thing you appreciate about yourself, such as a physical trait or a recent action.
Reframe Negative Thoughts: When self-criticism arises, challenge it. Actively look for the positive, functional aspect of a perceived negative trait (e.g., turning “stubborn” into “persistent”).
Solicit External Perspectives: If you struggle, ask trusted friends or family members to list qualities they appreciate about you.
Prioritize Self-Care: Show up for yourself by maintaining routines that respect your mind and body, such as exercising, eating well, or engaging in hobbies.
Identify Your Values: Determine what matters most to you, such as kindness, creativity, or honesty, and recognize how you embody these.
