Madden and Gilber Physical Therapy in Camp Hill exceeded their fundraiser goal for St. Baldrick’s Day, raising $1,571.80 for childhood cancer research, surpassing the target of $1,200. It was a close race, but our PTA Ken was the big winner to shave his head, just barely winning over our PT aide Grace by just $2.40. Thank you to all who donated, we really appreciate it!

Madden and Gilbert Physical Therapy in Camp Hill takes on the shrimp challenge. This is a great dynamic movement that challenges your flexibility, balance, and functional mobility. Melanie is the true winner of this challenge, being the only one to complete it from the floor, but everyone else made great and fun efforts! Can you do it? Let us know in the comments!

Happy Fun Friday! Today’s theme was funky sock day, and Melanie’s team crushed it with the matching chicken leg socks.

If you are scheduled next Friday, or want to stop in to join the fun at our Camp Hill office, we’ll be doing a beach themed day on Friday, June 12th. See you all there in your best and appropriate beach attire 🏖️

It’s that time of year again where we raise money for the Saint Baldrick’s Foundation. Now through the end of June, we are accepting donations that will help conquer kids’ cancer. The money will be used to help support child’s enrollment in clinical trials and provide chemicals for molecular biology experiments. We are very grateful for any and all contributions. The clinician that receives the most donations will be the lucky one to get their head shaved! The leaderboard keeps changing, so make sure to check it out at our Camp Hill office.

Gardening season is upon us! And with gardening comes repetitive bending, lifting, and kneeling that can really take a toll on your body. Proper mechanics is key to avoid development of a low back or knee injury. At Madden and Gilbert, we focus on hands-on care to get you moving better and back to doing the things you love to do, naturally.
