An old friend of the studio and an Om My Yoga Academy graduate, Cheryl brings a thoughtful, nurturing presence to every class. As a Registered Nurse and Board Certified Holistic Nurse Coach, she believes that each practice is an opportunity to meet ourselves with curiosity, mindfulness, and self-compassion.

Her philosophy is simple: every practice is new, and we begin exactly where we are.
