Pennsylvania Council of Children, Youth and Family Services (PCCYFS)

Pennsylvania Council of Children, Youth and Family Services (PCCYFS) The Pennsylvania Council of Children, Youth & Family Services is a statewide organization of private provider agencies.

Our members are the service providers who provide the direct "hands-on" programs and supports needed to achieve and maintain permanency and safety for children and youth and stability for families. The safety and well-being of Pennsylvania's children and their families have long been held as priorities by private agencies who share a deep commitment to keeping children safe, families strong, and communities involved. PLEASE NOTE - WE ARE NOT A COUNTY CHILDREN & YOUTH AGENCY AND WE DO NOT INVESTIGATE CHILD ABUSE.

Take a look at the 2026 PCCYFS Annual Report and reflect with us on what we’ve accomplished together — and the work still ahead.

Thank you to our members, partners, advocates, and dedicated professionals for being part of it.
