🔥 Why Am I Getting Acid Reflux? (It's Not Always What You Think)

It’s been a minute since I’ve popped in here. 💜

When I’m not seeing patients at Heart Blossom Healing—or supporting Reiki and spiritual coaching clients remotely via video call—I’ve been splitting my time between puppy training, working on my pickleball romance novel, and occasionally making it out on the court to play actual pickleball. 😊

With Mother’s Day this weekend, I wanted to send love to all the moms, nurturers, caregivers, fur baby moms, and anyone carrying complicated emotions around this holiday. I know this time of year can bring up a lot.
