Our patented lens-clearing technology uses a Luer-Lock saline port that lets providers attach a standard 10 mL syringe and clear the lens without removing the blade. Twist to lock. Press to flush. Stay in the airway.

Two approaches. One principle: you do not need a perfect view to secure the airway.

The first is a preloaded configuration: tube already on the bougie, minimal visual footprint as it approaches the target, tube delivery following within seconds of bougie placement.

The second is what he calls the bougie handoff: enter the trachea, confirm with tracheal rings, pinch and hold, then transfer to the tube.

Standard Mac geometry. Poor laryngeal view. Controlled delivery.
