Jean is teaching again on Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. It will be a great way to start your weekend. The class is donation based.

Jean has been a yoga practitioner, rock climber and alpine rambler for 25 years. Jean teaches an active, heart-opening Flow into Restorative style of yoga she calls Yoga for Athletes. Her classes string postures together using the breath, before dropping in deeper. This approach builds warmth and flexibility, while calming the mind and breath.
