I truly believe that there is no such thing as a bad massage, it's just a matter of finding the right fit! You could hear from multiple people that so and so is amazing and you walk away with different feelings about your experience. Everyones central nervous system needs something different and it's impossible for one provider to cater to all. That's the beautiful thing about massage, we have such a wonderful variety in our community!

I am BEYOND excited to share the news
I am now certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, specializing in the Vodder Method. I am looking forward to assisting with pre/post op healing, chronic sinus issues, acne, lymphedema, autoimmune disorders, migraines, and SO much more!

Not only have I witnessed the benefits of MLD in my personal life with loved ones, I have utilized techniques on my clients while I was taking the course. Even my clients who love deep tissue work have seen the benefits of incorporating MLD into their sessions, leading to an extended period of time with reduced chronic pain and some even being completely pain free for the first time in years.
