Country Side living is a memory care community where our emphasis is on enhancing the lives of individuals with Alzheimer’s or other dementia. Berkey.

Opened in 1999, Country Side Living is the answer to Canby’s needs for a high level of care and comfort to those living with Alzheimer’s Disease, as well as other forms of dementia. By offering residents living with these diseases a place to go that is focused on their comfort and care, CSL has made it a priority to enrich our resident’s lives. By providing the residents with the best-trained staff possible, CSL’s care providers are committed to ongoing relationships with each resident, and building a satisfying life experience for all. Overall, CSL has continued to follow the vision of previous owner Mr. To maintain a small community environment that is equipped to serve the unique needs of it’s residents.

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful outing to Bauman’s Farm & Garden, where we treated ourselves to delicious apple c***r doughnuts and refreshing apple c***r while exploring the beautiful garden center. It was a fun-filled day full of sweet treats, lovely sights, and special memories together!

🐟💙 A Fin-tastic Day Out! 💙🐟
Our residents enjoyed a wonderful outing to the Bonneville Fish Hatchery! We got to meet Herman the Sturgeon, take in the beautiful scenery, and enjoy learning about the amazing fish at the hatchery. It was a wonderful day filled with fun, friendship, and great memories!

Our residents had a wonderful day exploring Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition at OMSI! 🚢⚓️ They enjoyed stepping back in time, learning about the passengers and crew, and seeing fascinating artifacts from the historic ship.

Last week, we had a wonderful time celebrating at our Red, White & Blue BBQ! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙
It was such a joy to welcome our residents’ friends and family as we enjoyed delicious food, laughter, and meaningful time together. Moments like these remind us how special it is to celebrate as one community and create lasting memories.

A beautiful day spent enjoying the outdoors! Our residents had a wonderful picnic at Canby Community Park, followed by a relaxing stroll where we watched the ducks and even spotted a few nutria along the way.

Our residents had a great time on a recent shopping trip to Dollar Tree! From finding fun treasures to picking up favorite snacks, everyone enjoyed browsing the aisles and discovering great deals. Outings like these provide a wonderful opportunity to stay active, socialize, and enjoy time in the community.

Last month, our residents enjoyed a wonderful outing to Schreiner’s Iris Gardens! We spent the day exploring the beautiful blooming gardens, taking in the colorful scenery, and enjoying a delicious lunch together. It was a lovely opportunity to get outdoors, connect with friends, and appreciate the beauty of the season.
