We're beyond excited to announce Insight's Inaugural Perinatal Health & Wellness Conference, to be held June 11-13, 2027 in Columbiana, Ohio.

Perinatal mental health and wellness is a cause near and dear to us. Not only are we home to over 20 clinicians with perinatal certifications, we are passionate about advocating for and fostering better education, collaboration and community around perinatal mental health. And that's exactly what this conference aims to do!

A first-of-its-kind conference for the Valley, the Perinatal Health & Wellness Conference will bring together professionals who walk alongside these families on the perinatal journey to equip them with practical tools to support individuals through pregnancy, postpartum and early parenthood.

While our team is busy building out the 3-day agenda, here’s what you can expect:

Over the course of five months, 25 Insight staff members from all departments across our organization completed our inaugural Dare to Lead program!

Each participant signed up because they wanted to do something more—to grow personally and professionally, embrace vulnerability, have brave conversations, and lead with greater courage and clarity.

Throughout the program, we returned again and again to two powerful reminders:

“Courage over comfort.”

“Clear is kind.”

Dare to Lead is about recognizing that leadership is not defined by a title. It is demonstrated through the courage to show up, lean into difficult conversations, build trust, and lead according to our values.

I am incredibly proud of this inaugural group and their willingness to step outside their comfort zones and do the work.

A special thank-you to our group facilitators: Jessica Oates, Lara Hickle, Erin Murray, and Ashley Cibula.

I would also like to thank Katelyn McQuiston for creating a beautiful floral bar for our celebration and Marci Cullivan for facilitating a Dare to Lead–focused art project that gave participants another meaningful way to reflect on and express what they learned.

🎒📚 Back-to-school season is here! And while a new school year can bring excitement, it can also bring some nerves and big feelings—for both kids and parents.

In her latest blog, Naomi Domitrovich shares simple ways to make the transition smoother, from getting back into a structured sleep routine and practicing morning routines to creating space for your child to talk about their feelings.

💙 Remember: there’s no one “perfect” way to prepare for a new school year. Find what works for your family, lead with patience and connection, and give everyone a little grace as you settle into a new routine.
