HB 453 did not make the agenda for the house committee, which could stall efforts to modernize autism care in Ohio.
This bill is about standing up to treatment limits for things like ABA, speech, and OT. This bill is about making ABA more sustainable. This bill is about helping kids that don’t have access to ABA due to long waitlist and impossible requirements with insurance companies.
