Famous locally for their Friday Fish Fry and wonderful catering, Carla and her team at the St. George Croatian Center will be joining us as a new vendor at the festival this year.

They will be grilling up cevapi served on pita with pickled onions and ajvar. They will also be featuring Croatian potato salad and a lemon summer pasta salad.
