I am having a class on September 12th. It’s a class where we will learn how to ground your body into Mother Earth, go over helpful tips on how to come into the present moment, and how to protect your energy.

All ages are welcome.

I will end with a meditation.

I'm so excited to be co-hosting this class with Alicia, who recently joined Acacia Studios Massage & Healing Center!

Together, we'll explore how stress affects the body and nervous system and, more importantly, how to gently bring ourselves back into balance. Alicia will help us understand the body's stress response and guide you through gentle movement exercises to release stored tension.

I'll lead you through grounding techniques to help you reconnect with your body, protect your energy, and feel more present. We'll close with a calming guided meditation so you leave feeling grounded, protected, and deeply connected to yourself—with practical tools you can use anytime life feels overwhelming.

Whether you've been feeling stressed, anxious, or simply need a moment to reconnect, this class is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reset, and nourish your mind and body.

We have a Sound Bath this Friday, July 10th at the Dance Studio in Cannon Falls in the Cannon Mall at 6:00 and one on Sunday, July 12th at River Flow Yoga in Northfield.

This is not just a sound bath. I'm going to be going over your Chakras, explaining what they do, help hold energy for you to feel them, release what needs to be released, help your body and soul become aligned. Everyone is so different in what they experience so the only way to know is to come with an open mind, feel the vibrations, energy and let your body release if something needs to be released, heal if there is something that needs to be healed.

This Friday, July 10th in Cannon Falls Randi and I will be working together to do a sound bath at the School of Dance in the Cannon Falls Mall. Randi is going to be doing the singing bowls and I will start off the class talking about chakras and getting everyone settled into that deep relaxation. I will be there holding space and energy for everyone. We will also be doing a drum bath individually at the end if you choose.
