Free Physicals!
This is for school sports (not rec) for 6th-12 graders. If your kiddo plans on playing a school sport at any point this year, then they will need a physical within the past 12 months. This is an opportunity get it done for free!!!

You will need to bring your CHSAA sports physical form with you. The local middle schools and high schools should have a form for you.
