Did you know St. Thomas More Hospital has served the Cañon City community since 1938?

That year, the Benedictine Sisters began managing Fremont County Doctors’ Hospital. In 1942, it became St. Thomas More Hospital—continuing a lasting tradition of caring for families throughout Fremont County.

Healthcare has changed tremendously since then, but the importance of having trusted, local care has not.
