It’s Mom Talk…. Thursday! 🤦‍♀️ had this all done Monday and never posted - whoops! Better late than never 😜

☀️ Make a Summer Bucket List! ☀️

Before summer flies by, grab a piece of paper and sit down with your kids to create a Summer Bucket List! You can also enjoy a sourdough sweet roll from Ashley Moriah | Honor system Farmstand while you make it like my kids did! 🤤 Not only does this give everyone something to look forward to, but it also helps make intentional memories instead of hearing “I’m bored!” every day. 😉

Some ideas to include:
🌻 Visit a local park you’ve never explored
🍦 Try a new ice cream shop
🎬 Have a backyard movie night
💦 Go on or make a slip n slide
📚 Read a new book
🏖️ Take a trip to the beach or lake
🚴 Go on a family bike ride
🌙 Catch fireflies and watch a sunset
🍉 Have a picnic in the backyard

The best part? It doesn’t have to be expensive or elaborate. Kids often remember the simple moments most!! Yesterday they built a fort - had a blast & it’s now checked off the list!

At the end of summer, you’ll have a list full of memories you made together—not just days that passed by. My kids absolutely love this - hope yours do, too!
