Happy Pride Month 🌈

This was a few years ago, but it’s still one of my favorite memories.

I kept my relationship off social media for 4.5 years so I could protect my peace and simply enjoy life with the people I love. And honestly, it has been so nice.

But I also know how important representation is and felt the pull to start sharing this part of my life. So much of my work is about creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and comfortable being themselves.

Finding little shifts that make my day-to-day feel more enjoyable has made such a difference lately.

Life is really made up of these tiny micro-moment tasks and routines, so I’ve been trying to make them feel a little softer, prettier, and more me 🌸

I got rose cardamom syrup from a local shop, so I’ve been playing around with making lattes with it.

And I usually have some kind of spiritual podcast in my ear or I’m listening to yacht rock (I’m a middle-aged man sometimes)

I’ve always been naturally intuitive, but over the years I’ve spent a lot of time refining my intuition so it feels stronger, clearer, and more grounded.

It’s not just something I tap into during readings. It guides me in my everyday life too.

For me, strengthening intuition has looked like slowing down, learning to trust myself deeply, paying attention to the small nudges, and allowing myself to be fully present instead of constantly seeking answers outside of myself.

I truly believe intuition is like a muscle. The more you listen to it, the stronger it becomes 💪🏽

Finally got my aura photographed last night after wanting to do it for a few years. It all magically aligned when I saw AURA AURA • Eileen Lee and Courtney Vivienne Henriette were hosting a class.

What makes it extra special is that some of my intuitive friends, who have done readings on me, have been talking about this purple aura around me for months… and there it is, just above my crown chakra 💜💜💜

A tiny glimpse into how I prepare for readings.

Singing and dancing help me come back into my body, because that’s where my intuition speaks most clearly.

My body shows me where energy is being held, what’s happening beneath the surface, and even where something physical may be going on for my clients.

It’s taken years to build this level of trust with my body, but she’s never wrong.
