For many individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, the Emergency Department is the first step toward getting the help they need. But when the next step requires transportation to a long-term mental health facility, that transportation can become a barrier to care.

Your support helps the Graham Hospital Foundation fill that gap by funding transportation for patients who need continued mental health treatment—helping ensure that when the right care is available, they have a way to get there.
