Temporary Office Closure & Important Update

To my valued clients and friends,

My office will be temporarily closed for massage services while I navigate an unexpected medical emergency with my mom, Mama Sally.

After a rapid health decline over the last 48 hours, she was rushed into emergency open surgery today and is currently in the ICU awaiting additional surgeries.

I am staying right by her bedside at the hospital.

Session Availability & Rescheduling:

Red Light & Biocharger Sessions Available:

Sammy is still available for Red Light and Biocharger sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of this week. (No massages will be offered on these days).

For Massage Clients: I will be reaching out to clients on a daily basis to reschedule appointments as we navigate this unknown and get a clearer picture of her next surgical timeline.

The TheraLight 360 is a full-body light therapy system that uses a combination of red light

(633 nm) and near-infrared light
(810 nm, 850 nm, and 940 nm).

These wavelengths reach different tissue depths—from the skin surface to deeper muscles, joints, and other tissues.

Here’s what the light is designed to support:
• Skin health: Red light (633 nm) helps stimulate collagen and elastin, which may improve skin appearance, elasticity, and surface healing (including minor wounds, scars, or acne-related concerns).

• Cellular energy & recovery: Near-infrared wavelengths (especially 810 nm) are absorbed by mitochondria and can increase cellular energy (ATP). This supports tissue repair, reduces inflammation, and aids recovery.

• Muscle & joint comfort: 850 nm and related near-infrared light help reduce muscle soreness (including DOMS), support joint comfort, and ease stiffness or inflammation in soft tissues.
