🎨 PAINT DAY at the new Healed & Whole building!
If you love to paint, today is your day — the hard part is DONE. The walls are prepped, primed, and taped off… now we get to do the FUN part and splash some color!

A little morning story time… with a plot twist.

Most of you know me as the owner of a cozy little healing space by my name, Michele l Sanders LMT — but what many don’t know is that since 1994, my official business name has been New Horizon’s Massotherapy LLC. I’ve been quietly carrying that name since flip phones, frosted lip gloss, and dial‑up internet.

 But a few months ago in an accidental slip up of the office computer and me changing Settings New Horizons Massotherapy was released to all of you which caused some confusion I might say.

But 2026 is bringing a new horizon in the best possible way. I am expanding, growing, and stepping boldly into the name that reflects the heart of this next chapter:

"Healed & Whole Wellness Group LLC."

Inspired by Jeremiah 31 — and built to become a true wellness center where you come as you are, receive deep self‑care, and leave feeling healed and whole.

And the best part? We’re relocating into a bigger office just 6/10 of a mile from our current space — close enough to feel familiar, big enough to hold the vision.

The buzz is real. The excitement is rising. A new horizon is becoming a healed and whole future, and I can’t wait to welcome you into this next chapter with love and gratitude.

We had another great day at the office.

From a first time client after doing the Biocharger using the "I have your back recipe" and just 10 minutes on the 4d vibration plate.


“Oh yes! I’m feeling great! Zero neck/back pain and also some things I can’t quite quantify, I feel more energized and my muscles feel fuller? Idk how to explain it but I feel great. Everyday the last couple weeks I’ve had pretty extreme lower back and mid back pain and neck pain at the base of my neck. The intensity slowly wears off as the day goes on but it’s always still there. But now after coming in earlier I feel completely normal with zero pain at all in my back/neck! It’s crazy and awesome!!”
