She is 6 days post masseter Botox treatment for teeth clinching. It hasn’t fully set in yet but the muscle has decreased in size and a by product of that is a slimming effect of the face. She appears less squared off with a softer angle from the cheek to the jawline.

Less headaches, tmj symptoms, tooth wear and tear and slimmer appearing face. What’s not to like?

Midface restoration can do more than enhance the cheeks.

For this patient, filler was placed only in the cheeks to improve projection and replace lost volume. As a result, you can also see improved support and lift through the lower face due to better structural foundation (highlighted by the arrows).

I love these results!! She was beautiful before and still the same beautiful afterwards. As we mature, the skin’s structural support diminishes, leading to increased folding and etched in lines due to muscle pull when smiling or pursing the lips. Dermal filler reinforces these areas, improving resilience and softening the appearance of wrinkles.

In this treatment, I enhanced the lips while addressing perioral lines for a balanced, refined result.
