Do you know her?

She’s the one everyone depends on.

The one holding it all together.
The one answering the texts, managing the schedules, showing up for everyone else… while quietly wondering when she stopped feeling like herself.

And eventually, the noise catches up.

The overstimulation.
The emotional exhaustion.
The feeling of being “on” all the time but disconnected underneath it.

Maybe she’s doing all the “self-care things” but still feeling numb.

She’s exactly why we created RESTED. Maybe she’s, you.

RESTED…

The one-day elevated retreat experience for the woman doing it all — designed to help you slow down, regulate, reconnect, and come back home to yourself.

Where you’ll find

• meaningful connection
• intentional rest
• nervous system support
• beautiful spaces
• curated experiences
• conversations that actually matter

And because we want this experience to feel intimate, intentional, and impactful, space will be very limited.

Our book club ladies officially had first access, and we are now opening the waitlist to everyone.

Fall 2026 is coming.

And something tells us you’ve been looking for this!

Join the waitlist to be the first to know when registration opens.

These are the wavelengths that power every GlowLab session, and each one has a different job—from skin health and collagen support to recovery, inflammation support, and muscle soreness.

I put together this quick guide so you can see exactly what each setting is designed to support.

And if all the science feels overwhelming, that’s okay. Most days I still just hit “Skin Management” and climb in.

Our second Burnout Book Club officially kicked off this week and we are already so excited about the incredible group of women gathered around the table.

These ladies showed up ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, learn practical tools for overcoming burnout, and make space for honest conversations about stress, rest, boundaries, and life in this season. We are so excited to walk alongside each of them over the next several weeks.

A huge thank you to Forever Kids Pediatric Clinic for sponsoring this week’s group and treating everyone to delicious goodies. We are so thankful for community partners who support mental wellness and the women in our community.

And, we want to thank Outlaw Swag, LLC for printing our custom Book Club shirts for the ladies. They turned out so cute and made the night feel even more special.

We also want to recognize our fabulous intern Kerry, who has already poured so much heart, time, preparation, and encouragement into this group. She has spent hours getting ready for this experience and is so excited to walk alongside these ladies through their burnout recovery journey. We are lucky to have her!

Here’s to meaningful conversations, new friendships, nervous system healing, and reminding ourselves that rest is not something we have to earn.

There are only a few spots left for the upcoming school year at Olive Tree! 🌿

If you've been thinking about enrolling your child, now is the time to reach out. We are so much more than a classroom. We are a community that loves, encourages, and challenges children to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Watching Olive Tree grow from a dream into a place where children are excited to learn has been one of the greatest blessings. I am incredibly thankful for every family that has trusted us with their children.

We would love to welcome a few more families into the Olive Tree family before we are completely Full! 💚🫶

June is Men’s Mental Health Month and we’re having more honest conversations around what strength actually looks like.

In this video, Elijah talks directly to men about vulnerability, emotional health, and the pressure so many carry to “hold it all together.”

A lot of men were taught to stay quiet, push through, and never let anyone see them struggle. But anger, shutting down, overworking, isolation, and “I’m fine” are often covering up stress, hurt, grief, anxiety, burnout, or feeling overwhelmed.

Real strength is being willing to talk about it.
Real strength is asking for support before everything falls apart.
Real strength is learning that emotions are not weakness — they’re part of being human.

You do not have to carry everything alone.

If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy, this is your sign to take the first step. And guys… no, you do not have to show up with your feelings organized in a labeled filing cabinet. Elijah can help with that part.

📣 Elijah currently has some availability for new clients. Call today to schedule.

High school can be exciting, but let’s be honest, it can also feel overwhelming.
Pressure to fit in. Pressure to look a certain way. Pressure to always be available, always respond, always keep up.

Between social media, friendships, dating, group chats, comparison, anxiety, drama, and trying to figure out who you even are, a lot of teens feel exhausted and disconnected even when they are constantly “connected.”

The Group Chat is a group for teens ages 15–17 who want a real space to talk about real life.

We’ll explore:
• confidence and self worth
• friendships and boundaries
• healthy communication
• navigating social media and online pressure
• cyberbullying and what to do when things feel unsafe
• relationships and respect
• handling conflict and drama
• how to talk to parents or trusted adults when life feels overwhelming
• real life connection beyond the screen

This is not a lecture group.
It is a supportive space for honest conversations, practical tools, connection, and learning skills that actually matter in everyday life.

Parents will also receive resources and educational support to help continue conversations at home and better understand what teens are navigating today.

Because teens do not need more judgment.
They need places where they can feel heard, understood, confident, and connected. 💜

Middle school is a BIG transition.
New friends. New pressures. New social dynamics. More phones. More group chats. More comparison. More anxiety about fitting in.

A lot of kids entering junior high are quietly wondering:
“What if I don’t fit in?”
“What if people don’t like me?”
“What do I even say?”
“How do I handle drama, conflict, or feeling left out?”

Our IRL Group was created to help tweens and young teens ages 12–14 build confidence, communication skills, healthy friendships, and real life connection in a world that often feels centered around screens.

This is a supportive space where kids can learn:
• social skills that actually matter
• confidence and self esteem
• healthy boundaries
• communication skills
• how to navigate friendships and peer pressure
• how to feel good online AND offline

And parents, you’re part of this too.
You’ll receive tools and resources to help continue these conversations at home and better support your tween through these important years.

Because sometimes kids do not need another lecture.
They need connection, support, confidence, and a place where they feel understood.

The middle school years can feel overwhelming. They do not have to navigate them alone. 💙
