The North Country Recreation crew has been spending the summer participating in many different activities, including golfing, camping, fishing, horseback riding, and a Game Day!

Participants of the North Country Recreation crew recently spent a day UTV riding at Timberview Resort in Turin, NY. We rode on gravel roads, town roads, and trail systems in the woods. Everyone had a blast and really enjoyed it!

We are very grateful for the generosity from John and Dom, who let us ride the UTV's free of charge. Thank you both again!

Please join our North Country Recreation crew on Saturday, June 20th for a Car Wash and Bottle Drive! All proceeds will help pay for the many activities that our program offers people with intellectual and developmental disabilities!

The event will take place from 10am to 2pm in the parking lot of Community Health Center of the North Country, located at 4 Commerce Lane in Canton.

You may also donate cans and bottles any time prior to the event at Bessette's Bottle Redemption on Gouverneur Street, just notify the cashier that you would like to donate your redemption money to the "CP Recreation" account. We will also be accepting bottles and cans the day of the event!
