This month I will be also celebrating "going back to school" by expanding my skills and knowledge as a massage therapist. There will be several days in September I will be out of the office learning.
Next week, I will be spending time in Troy learning Visceral Manipulation 1 through the Barral Institute!
The following weekend, I will be working towards a certification through my alma mater for 'Informed Trauma Care'. Myofascial Release 1 is just one of the continuing education electives required to take to earn this certification through Irene's Myomassology Institute. In addition to several CE electives, there are multiple lecture-based classes and an externship to participate in to provide supportive care for this population.
