Happy Father’s Day!

💙 Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandpas, stepdads, and father figures who show up every day for their families!

Being a dad means carrying a lot, whether it’s lifting little ones, coaching from the sidelines, tackling home projects, or simply being the steady support your family depends on.

Unfortunately, all that carrying, lifting, and “dad duty” can take a toll on your body. Back pain, neck tension, headaches, and aches aren’t just part of getting older—they’re often signs that your body needs some attention.
