Front Office Administrator- Part-Time Position
Seeking a part-time experienced and professional Front Office Administrator for a fast growing behavioral health practice.
Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience performing routine office clerical functions within a medical or behavioral health practice.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with the public on a daily basis; Must be flexible, demonstrate patience and sound judgement when addressing patient questions/concerns.

• Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and patient focused.
• Maintain a professional appearance and have a positive, friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of current computing technologies and software applications appropriate to the position’s job responsibilities. Apple/Mac experience preferable.
Essential Functions:
• Maintain confidentiality, abide by HIPPA regulations.
• Responds to current client inquiries such as scheduling or rescheduling sessions
• Provide information based on general knowledge of the practice.
• Maintain complete filing systems and records as required.
• Scan & upload information into EMR system.
• Prepare and audit reports.
• Maintain records requests for all therapists.
• Order, manage, & stock supplies for the office.
• Manage general office tasks such as emptying trash bins, stocking client coffee stations and stocking restrooms with supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
