The BodyFit team was out bright and early today providing our assisted stretching services at not one, but TWO golf tournaments! We love helping golfers improve mobility, loosen up before they hit the course, and keep their bodies feeling great throughout the round.

✨ 5 Foam Roller Tips to Get the Most Out of It:

1️⃣ Roll Slowly
Move slowly over each muscle group and pause on tender spots for 20–30 seconds to help release tension.

Judi is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Nutrition Coach with a passion for helping people build strength, confidence, and healthier lifestyles. Growing up in a fitness-focused family, health and training have always been a part of her life.

She especially loves helping women feel empowered in the gym — from learning to lift weights for the first time to supporting women over 30 and postpartum moms as they rebuild strength and confidence step by step.

This bodyweight Mini-Murph is designed for anyone to do—no equipment required, no excuses, just 10 minutes of pure effort to kick off your Memorial Day.

⏱️ THE 10-MINUTE BREAKDOWN

🏃‍♂️ Minutes 0:00 – 2:00 | The Buy-In: Jog or march energetically in place to get the heart rate up.

💪 Minutes 2:00 – 8:00 | The Work (6 Min AMRAP): Cycle through this loop as many times as possible:

4 Supermans (back/posterior chain)

8 Push-Ups (drop to knees or use a couch/wall if needed)

12 Air Squats (keep that chest proud)
