 Why is  this office chair empty? Because sitting all day is terrible on your back. Do you spend most of your day sitting at a desk, behind the wheel, or on the couch? Too much sedentary time can contribute to stiffness, discomfort, and other health concerns. The good news: small movement brakes can make a difference. Stand up, walk around, stretch, bend, adjust your workstation, and make movement a part of your day. Also drink water when you sit because a disc will dehydrate and flatten with sitting.
