Your posture might be costing you oxygen. 🪑
Slouched forward, your diaphragm barely gets to do its job. So, you take shallower breaths, more often, just to get the same air in. Multiply that by thousands of breaths a day and your heart and lungs are quietly working overtime.
Small fix, big difference: Sit bones back against the chair. Sit tall, like a string is pulling you up from the crown of your head. Let your diaphragm actually expand.
Better posture isn't just about how you look. It's about how efficiently your body functions.
