💙 JUNE IS MEN'S MENTAL HEALTH MONTH 💙
Men's mental health deserves more attention, more understanding, and more conversation.
Globally, hundreds of thousands of people die by su***de every year, and in many countries, men account for the majority of those deaths. Research also shows that men are often less likely to seek professional help when struggling with their mental health.
For generations, many men have been taught to hide their emotions, stay strong, and carry their struggles alone. Too often, vulnerability has been mistaken for weakness.
But the truth is:
Men cry. Men experience trauma. Men struggle with anxiety and depression. Men self-harm. Men develop eating disorders. Men face body image challenges. Men get abused. Men experience heartbreak. Men go to therapy. Men need love, support, and understanding.
And most importantly:
Men feel.
Struggling does not make you weak.
Asking for help does not make you less of a man.
Talking about your feelings is not something to be ashamed of.
Check on the men in your life — the fathers, sons, brothers, husbands, friends, coworkers, and neighbors who may be carrying burdens you cannot see.
To every man silently fighting battles no one knows about:
We see you. You matter. Your feelings are valid. You do not have to carry everything alone.
Let's encourage men to speak up, not just man up.
Because talking can save lives. 💙

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to pause, reflect, and recognize that mental health is just as important as physical health.
Mental health affects how we think, feel, and act. It influences how we handle stress, connect with others, and make decisions in our daily lives. Yet so many people struggle in silence.
This month is about:
Breaking the stigma around mental health.
Encouraging open conversations.
Supporting those who are struggling.
Reminding ourselves that it’s okay to ask for help.
💚 You are not alone.
💚 Your feelings are valid.
💚 Healing is possible.

Gentle Reminders
It’s okay to not be okay.
Rest is productive.
You don’t have to carry everything by yourself.
Small steps still count.
Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Child abuse isn’t always loud.
It doesn’t always look like bruises you can point to.

Sometimes it’s the quiet shift.
A kid who suddenly doesn’t want to go somewhere they used to love.
The way they get a little too quiet around certain people.
New fears they can’t explain.
Changes in sleep, behavior, or how they react to touch.

It’s easy to miss when you’re not looking for it,
and that’s the scary part.

Child abuse prevention month isn’t just about awareness…
it’s about paying attention.

Knowing who your kids are around.
not just their names — but their energy, their access, their role in your child’s life.

It’s about listening the first time your child says something feels off.
Even if it seems small.
Even if it doesn’t fully make sense yet.
Even if it’s inconvenient.

Because kids don’t always have the words to explain what’s happening,
but they will show you… if you’re willing to see it.

Trust your gut.
and more importantly, teach your kids to trust theirs.
