“What would happen if I wasn’t here tomorrow?” If you’ve ever had that thought, please know this: you deserve to be here for tomorrow.

And if someone you love has been distant, overwhelmed, angry, unusually quiet, or saying things that worry you…
DON’T IGNORE IT.
Ask them directly: “Are you thinking about su***de?”

It might feel uncomfortable. Ask anyway. You could be giving someone permission to finally say what they've been too afraid to say out loud. Who is one person you can check on today? Don’t just think of them. Reach out. ❤️
