One of our rockstars here at STM, Amy, just completed a training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. We have now added this service to our menu today in 30, 60, and 90 min sessions.
What is MLD? Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, rhythmic technique designed to stimulate the body's lymphatic system, supporting the natural movement of lymph fluid and promoting detoxification and immune function. This work is deeply relaxing and particularly beneficial for reducing swelling and inflammation, supporting post-surgical recovery, and relieving chronic puffiness or fluid retention. Unlike traditional massage, lymphatic drainage uses light, precise strokes that follow the pathways of the lymphatic system to encourage healthy circulation throughout the body.
