“I was in the market for a new chair and came across Rolling In Paradise just by chance, called and phone was answered by the owner and explained that I needed a custom build and John worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and order was placed.
Every week I was updated by John in the progress of my new chair and was always there to answer whatever question I had, not to mention in a very timely manner. Chair was completed in about 4 to 5 weeks and was delivered to me with the exact build that I wanted.
Chair was perfect and thanked John for all his help. Working with Rolling In Paradise was a good and pleasurable experience and would be sure to go with them again.
In the end, got what I wanted and completely satisfied. In addition, it’s nice to know that you can make a phone call and get someone on the phone live to talk to and have all questions answered.
