We’re a hormone optimization and wellness practice looking for a warm, organized front desk team member who makes every patient feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk in.

What you’ll do

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out

• Answer calls, texts, and emails; schedule and confirm appointments

• Collect payments and keep patient records accurate

• Keep the front office running smoothly and looking beautiful

• Support the provider and help patients feel confident about their wellness plan

What we’re looking for

• Friendly, professional, and genuinely people-focused

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to juggle a busy front desk

• Comfortable with scheduling software and basic computer tasks

• Medical office, spa, or customer service experience a plus (not required)

• A real interest in health and wellness
