‼️🖤Community Serve Week August 10th-13th‼️🖤

As I was sweeping the floors this morning, I was reminded what a privilege it is to be able to sweep the floors of a clinic I love, working with people I love, and getting to serve patients who trust us to impact their lives.

The mission of Elite has been to serve our community as God continues to bless us. From pro-bono services for in-need families to community service projects, we look for ways to give back to our community every quarter.

Our next community serve project is to make brown food bags for our unsheltered friends in this summer heat. Our team will be packing and sorting items. We will have packing stations set up so our parents or older kids can participate if they choose to by packing "lunch" bags instead of just hanging in the waiting room.

While Elite will be providing supplies, you can also be involved by donating any of the items below! We will be accepting drop offs Monday-Thursday of next week and the following week! You can also pack some bags!

Easy to open needed items are:

Proteins (like tuna, chicken, pork packets)
Drink like a bottle of water or Gatorade,
Snack Items: Pop tarts, Breakfast bars (soft not crunchy), pudding cups, fruit cups, snack crackers package, or other small items that are soft to eat and are shelf stable.
Peanut Butter cups: fill cups with lids with peanut butter and put in snack Ziplock to include with snack bags
Cutlery: place fork, spoon, knife with napkin (and sometimes a treat!) in a Ziplock bag to include with snack bags and use for meals
Wipes: Break down packages of sensitive style wet wipes into Ziplock bags for individual distribution
Toiletries closet needed: small insect repellent, waterproof spray for shoes, shoestrings, shoe inserts, cooling towels, individual boxes or bagged Kleenex.
