Congratulations to our beloved Activities Director, Lekeshaw “Kesha” Green! 🎉 Today, we’re celebrating someone who has given 11 incredible years to Life Care and our residents. ❤️

Throughout her time with us, Kesha has worn many hats: CNA, Central Supply, Scheduler, and now Activities Director, and in every role, she has brought the same dedication, compassion, and love for our residents. As Activities Director, Kesha truly puts her heart and soul into everything she does. She doesn’t just plan activities; she creates moments our residents can genuinely enjoy, look forward to, and remember. She takes tremendous pride in our residents and will always go the extra mile to make sure they feel celebrated, included, and loved.

Kesha, your commitment to our residents and to Life Care has made a lasting impact over these 11 years. We see your hard work, we appreciate your heart, and we are so grateful to have you as part of our Life Care family. Thank you, Kesha, for ALL that you do! You are truly appreciated! 💐❤️👏🏾

🌟 We truly enjoyed celebrating National Skilled Nursing Care Week last week and reflecting on all the joy, laughter, and memories shared here at Life Care Center of Cape Girardeau. 🌟

🧋From iced coffee to dirty sodas, and from popcorn to popsicles, these small gestures were only a fraction of the gratitude we have for our incredible residents and dedicated staff. Every smile, conversation, game, and moment together reminded us just how special our Life Care family truly is. 🫶 Our residents bring warmth and wisdom to each day, and our staff continuously go above and beyond with compassion, patience, and heart. We are so thankful for each and every one of you and the role you play in making our community feel like home.

We only wish we would have captured more pictures along the way because there were so many meaningful moments shared throughout the week. Thank you to everyone who helped make NSNCW so memorable. We appreciate you more than words can say! 💙
