1. What's your favorite book? "Surrounded By Idiots" by Thomas Erikson - It gave me so much perspective on how I am viewd by those around me, how to correct my biases, and be a better communicator to everyone.

4. What is something you wish more people knew about mental health?
If you wouldn’t ignore a brain tumor, why ignore your mental health? You may not see it right away or want to admit it, but it will show up eventually in many, if not all, areas of your life. There’s a time to be strong, but no one is strong all the time. Even the people you look up to have struggles and low seasons, so treat yourself like you would treat your best friend.
