We are now Cape May Pilates. Since 2006, locals and visitors have found a peaceful oasis at Balance Cape May. We even offer yoga sessions on the beach!

We help reluctant exercisers, gym-phobes, and anxiety-riddled perfectionist feel strong, move with ease, and chill out so they can release from stress, find their zen, and heal from deep within. We are grateful for the continued support of our students and clients who have helped us to grow and expand. We strive to provide quality instruction in Pilates and Yoga in a clean, quiet atmosphere where

students focus on connecting mind, body, and spirit without distraction. Balance offers group classes, individual sessions, and private sessions in both Yoga and Pilates. We also offer local and international retreats and workshops. We love taking advantage of our gorgeous, naturally relaxing Cape May setting. Our vision at the studio is to help transform students’ images of themselves and their bodies and to offer the community a space for celebration and learning. Our massage therapists are dedicated to relieving stress and tension from the body and instilling a sense of wellness and relaxation. Traditional Thai Yoga and Integrative Massage are also available.

IT’S BEEN A MINUTE…

Hanging splits into candlestick on the caddy was something I avoided.

I need to secure my oura ring & work on the dismount a bit but I’m calling it a win.

After a very challenging season, I am finally getting back to revisiting the hard things again.
