I’ll be honest… I didn’t expect to find this quality of meat at Target 👀🥩

When I shop for beef, one thing I pay attention to is the difference between grass-fed and grass-finished.

Sometimes small label differences can completely change what you’re buying.

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated—start by becoming a wise consumer 🛒

When choosing a protein powder, I look for:

✔️ Organic ingredients
✔️ Broad spectrum amino acids
✔️ Minimal ingredients
✔️ Less processing

And I personally watch out for:

⚠️ Artificial flavors
⚠️ Excess fillers
⚠️ Low-quality ingredients
⚠️ Protein sources that don’t work well for your body

If I was making you a meal from Trader Joes, this is where I’d start !

I look for:

🥩 Quality protein
🥦 Nutrient-dense vegetables
🍠 Lower glycemic carbohydrates
🚫 Less processed foods
⚠️ Less plastic when possible

Most people don’t realize how much toxicity the body deals with over a lifetime. ⚠️

We’re exposed through:
🧴 chemicals
🍔 processed foods
🌎 the environment
💊 medications
😵 stress

Over time, those toxins can begin to build up faster than the body can eliminate them.

When detox pathways become overwhelmed ~ especially the liver ~ the body can start struggling to maintain balance and function.

“Disease” can simply mean the body is no longer at ease.

Often the weakest area of the body is where symptoms begin showing up first.

Your body can survive:
🌬️ 3 minutes without air
💧 3 days without water

…but not even a few seconds without your nervous system.

This thermographic imaging helps show circulation and nerve function in the extremities.

Over time, poor circulation, nerve damage, inflammation, toxicity, or injury can affect oxygen and nutrient delivery to the feet and hands.

Peripheral neuropathy often starts slowly ~ numbness, tingling, burning feet, loss of balance, weakness, or pain in the hands and feet.

Your nerves rely on healthy circulation, oxygen, nutrients, and proper communication with the brain to function correctly.

When the protective sheath around the nerve begins to break down, it’s similar to a short in an electrical wire ~ signals stop traveling the way they should.

Over time, symptoms can continue progressing if the underlying problem isn’t addressed.
